Refund Policy

Our Satisfaction Guarantee Return Policy

Please note that custom made items are not returnable unless damaged or defective.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise within 7 days of the date that you receive your order with valid proof of purchase. Your order number is valid proof of purchase. Merchandise returned with valid proof of purchase will receive a refund in the manner of original payment (exclusions apply) for merchandise only.

Merchandise being returned must include all components to receive a full refund. Customer will be responsible for shipping charges unless item is damaged or defective. Once the merchandise is received and processed, the return will be refunded. Some items may incur a restocking fee.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Process

We encourage that merchandise be approved for authorization prior to being returned. Once the authorization is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return merchandise.

Web Order Returns

Merchandise purchased online at Beachside Artisan may be returned by mail and must follow the return policy guidelines. Items may be subject to a restocking fee and customer is responsible for shipping.

Third Party Web Orders

Items purchased through third party websites you will need to follow the third-party return guidelines. You may contact us for further information.
