This particular item is carefully handcrafted of Peruvian Walnut, which is native to Central and South America. Also known as Nogal, it is highly regarded for durability, beautiful deep chocolate brown color, and straight grain. Canary wood, hailing from Panama down to southern Brazil, is also known for durability, straight grain, and lovely vibrant colors from pale yellow orange to reddish brown with streaks of grey throughout.

Every piece is finished with tung oil and fully cured for a food safe finish.
